Nutrinoodles is an easy to cook,low starch digestibility, low gluten and high dietary fibre food. Nutrinoodles is made from 100% pure tapioca with high protein concentrate and healthy isabgol fibre, with the technological support from ICAR-CTCRI and Kerala Agriculture University.
Add noodles strands to thoroughly boiling water containing little salt and cooking oil. Cook for 5 minutes. Drain and set the noodles aside. Sprinkle the taste maker powder and mix uniformly. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with tomato sauce, onion, coriander leaves etc. Alternatively cooked green peas, carrots, capsicum etc, could also be added and mixed along with taste maker. For a non-vegetarian dish: cooked prawn, meat, egg etc, could be added to it.
